Kürbiskerntorte!!

Zutaten:

8 Dotter, 200g Kristallzucker, 80 g Brösel, 200g geröstete& gehackte Kürbiskerne,

1 PKG: Vanillezucker, 2 EßL Rum, Butter und Mehl für die Form

Zubereitung:

Dotter mit 2/3 des Zuckers und Vanillezucker schaumig schlagen. Kürbiskerne mit Brösel vermischen und beimengen. Eiweiß mit 1/3 des Zuckers steif schlagen, mit Rum zur Masse geben und unterheben. Den Teig in eine gut befettete und bemehlte Form geben .

Bei 180°C ca 40 min. backen.

Pumpkin core cake!!

Ingredients:

8 yolks, 200 gs of crystal sugar, 80 gs of crumb, 200 gs of roasted and hacked pumpkin cores,

1 PKG: Vanilla sugar, 2 EßL rum, butter and flour for the form

Preparation:

Yolks with 2/3 of the sugar and vanilla sugar beat to a froth. Pumpkin cores with crumb mix and mix. Egg white with 1/3 of the sugar hit stiffly, with rum to the mass give and unterlift. The dough give in well befettete and bemehlte form.

With 180°C approx. 40 min bake.

Es tut mir leid das ich mich hier schon länger jetzt nicht gemeldet habe,
irgendwie schaffe ich es im Moment nicht so an den Pc wie ich das gerne möchte,
Immer kommt irgendwas dazwischen.
Mein Projekt Fotobuch sollte ich auch bald beenden und zum Entwickeln schicken, damit es noch rechtzeigig zu mir kommt um es zu verschenken.
Nächste Woche hab ich noch 2 anstrengende Tage und hoffe dann wieder mehr Zeit
für den Pc zu haben und hier wieder öfters posten zu können.
